MTS Advantage, LLC (MTSA) is a Service Disabled Veteran Owned (SDVOSB) Joint Venture (JV) established to provide critical program management and engineering support services to the Federal Government. MTSA is a Small Business Administration (SBA) Mentor-Protégé Joint Venture between protégé TIME Systems (8(a), SDB, and SDVOSB) and mentor Millennium Corporation (SDB, SDVOSB). The SBA approved the Mentor-Protégé Agreement between TIME and Millennium in October 2016.
